As of June 4, Alpha Compute’s unaudited balance sheet shows $79.2M in assets, $44.4M in liabilities and $34.8M in equity. The company secured a $32.2M, two-year off-take agreement for its Canadian cluster, driving a projected $23M annual revenue run-rate from enterprise GPU services.
2. GPU Infrastructure Deployments
The ALPHA-01 cluster in Canada is fully operational with 504 NVIDIA B200 GPUs powered entirely by hydroelectric energy and reserved exclusively by a leading AI laboratory for next-generation model development. Construction of the 576-GPU ALPHA-02 deployment in Sweden is underway and will bring the total operational fleet to over 1,000 NVIDIA B200 GPUs.
3. Brand Campaign and GAMEE Acquisition
Alpha Compute launched its “Own Your Data” national media campaign on three major financial networks to promote data sovereignty and confidential computing. The recent majority acquisition of GAMEE integrates a 120 million-user Telegram gaming community into Alpha Compute’s sovereign AI infrastructure ecosystem.
