Alpha Modus’s Alpha Cash platform secured regulatory non-objections for check deposits in Michigan, New Mexico, Vermont and Nebraska, expanding its footprint to six states and over 13 million households. The rollout now includes an estimated 2.4 million unbanked and underbanked households in its addressable market.
Alpha Cash has received non-objection determinations for its mobile check deposit service in Michigan, New Mexico, Vermont and Nebraska. Combined with earlier approvals in Kentucky and Pennsylvania, this brings the total to six states.
The six-state footprint covers more than 13 million households, including roughly 249,000 unbanked and 843,000 underbanked households in the newly added jurisdictions. Overall, Alpha Cash now addresses an estimated 2.4 million unbanked or underbanked households.
Alpha Modus applies a standardized compliance framework in each state, demonstrating repeatable regulatory engagement for check deposit functionality. The company plans to file for authorizations in additional states to extend its financial services nationwide.
