Alpha Modus Holdings said the USPTO issued U.S. Patent No. 12,725,176, its 13th granted U.S. patent.
The patent covers turning in-store shopper behavior into personalized, priced offers delivered to a shopper’s phone.

Claims describe linking shelf-level behavior tracking with a separate location system to target offers in real time.
The priority chain traces to a provisional application filed in July 2013.
