Alpha Star Acquisition Corp announces extraordinary shareholder meeting
Extraordinary general meeting set for Oct. 13, 2026
Alpha Star Acquisition will hold an extraordinary general meeting in New York on Oct. 13, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on changes to the trust agreement to allow up to 12 one-month extensions through Dec. 15, 2027.
The proposal also removes the USD 35,000 monthly extension deposit requirement starting with the October 2026 payment.
A separate charter amendment would extend the business-combination deadline to Dec. 15, 2027 on the same no-deposit basis.
An adjournment proposal would allow the meeting to be postponed to solicit additional votes if needed.
