1. DeepMind Releases Gemini Robotics-ER 1.6

Alphabet’s AI division DeepMind introduced Gemini Robotics-ER 1.6, its latest industrial robotics model featuring enhanced spatial reasoning and safety detection for autonomous operations. Boston Dynamics has integrated the upgrade into its Spot platform, demonstrating a shift toward enterprise deployment as the general-purpose robotics market may grow to $370 billion by 2040.

2. InsightFinder Secures $15M Series B

InsightFinder, a startup focusing on AI observability, closed a $15 million Series B round to expand Autonomous Reliability Insights, a platform using unsupervised learning and causal inference to detect, diagnose, and remediate AI model failures. The funding will support development of end-to-end monitoring that correlates data, model and infrastructure signals for proactive issue resolution.
