Alset receives Nasdaq notice over minimum bid price noncompliance
AEI•Alset received a Nasdaq notice after its common stock’s closing bid stayed below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days. It has until April 26, 2027, to meet the $1 minimum bid requirement, and a previously announced 1-for-5 reverse stock split is intended to address the deficiency.
1. Compliance deadline
Alset received the notice on October 28, 2026. Its 180-day compliance period ends April 26, 2027; compliance requires closing bids of at least $1 per share for 10 consecutive business days. The notice does not immediately affect the Nasdaq listing. An additional 180-day extension depends on meeting Nasdaq eligibility requirements, and failure to qualify or cure the deficiency could trigger delisting.
2. Planned reverse split
Alset said a previously announced 1-for-5 reverse stock split is intended to address the deficiency, with timing expected to be announced shortly.
