Altimmune appointed Peter Greenleaf and Alex Howarth to its board, effective Nov. 2, 2026. John M. Gill, Mitchel Sayare and Klaus O. Schafer will retire from the board at the 2027 annual meeting.

Altimmune appointed Peter Greenleaf and Alex Howarth to its board, effective Nov. 2, 2026. Greenleaf most recently served as CEO of Aurinia Pharmaceuticals, while Howarth most recently served as CFO of Madrigal Pharmaceuticals.

John M. Gill, Mitchel Sayare and Klaus O. Schafer will retire from the board at the 2027 annual meeting.
