Altimmune's pemvidutide reduces heavy drinking days in Phase 2 trial
ALT•Altimmune said it will present RECLAIM Phase 2 results for pemvidutide in alcohol use disorder at AASLD’s The Liver Meeting on Nov. 9, 2026. Topline results announced in July showed reduced heavy drinking versus placebo, and an FDA meeting scheduled for December will address the Phase 3 registration program.
