1. Delisting proceedings
NYSE American began delisting proceedings for Amaze Holdings’ common stock on Sept. 29, 2026, citing a low selling price, and immediately suspended trading. Amaze will not appeal the determination under Section 1003(f)(v). The exchange filed a Form 25 on Oct. 1, with delisting set to become effective 10 days later. Shares moved to the OTC Pink Limited Market, and Amaze plans to seek quotation on the OTCQB Venture Market. The company said OTC quotation could reduce liquidity, pressure the stock price or limit broker-dealer quoting.
