Amazon has earmarked over $700 billion for AI infrastructure investments this year, including expansion of data centers and server farms. This large-scale spending is intended to support advanced AI applications and is expected to drive demand for AI-optimized hardware and cloud services.
2. Dell Raises AI Server and Revenue Forecasts
Dell boosted its fiscal 2027 AI server revenue forecast to $60 billion from a prior $50 billion and raised its full-year revenue guidance to $165–169 billion. The company reported an 88% year-on-year revenue increase to $43.84 billion in Q1, driven by 181% growth in its infrastructure solutions group.
3. Snowflake’s $6B AWS Multiyear Agreement
Snowflake signed a $6 billion multiyear agreement to leverage Amazon Web Services and its Graviton processors, and raised its fiscal 2027 product revenue outlook to $5.84 billion. The cloud data platform also saw AI-assisted coding tool users double quarter-over-quarter, underscoring robust demand on AWS.
