Starting July 1, AWS will increase hourly rates for several Nvidia GPU-backed EC2 Capacity Blocks, with P6-B300 at $14.04, P6-B200 at $12.355, P5 at $5.191, P5e at $5.97 and P5en at $6.865 in U.S. regions, reflecting persistent tightness in AI compute supply.
2. Nvidia Shares Slip on OpenAI IPO Delay
Nvidia shares fell in tandem with Micron and AMD after reports suggested OpenAI may push its public offering into 2027, prompting investors to reduce exposure to semiconductor and AI infrastructure stocks.
3. Chinese Funds Warn of AI Bubble
Wealspring Asset and Shanghai Banxia flagged that global AI equities could form a super bubble, citing overvaluation, lack of durable competitive moats and heavy capital requirements—risks that could pressure Nvidia’s high valuation multiples.
