Amazon is issuing a multi-tranche bond offering of $37 billion to $42 billion across 11 maturities from two to 50 years, marking its largest debt move since a $15 billion sale in November 2025.
2. Pricing and Underwriting
Initial talks for the longest 2076 maturity are at roughly 155 basis points above US Treasuries, with HSBC, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase arranging the offering.
3. Use of Proceeds
Funds will support Amazon’s 2026 $200 billion capital expenditure plan, focused on expanding data centers, semiconductor development and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
