Average planned Christmas gift spending in Sweden rose to 3,309 kronor in 2026 from 3,050 kronor in 2025, Amazon’s report says. November was the leading month to start shopping, cited by 32% of Swedes, up from 23% in 2025. AI helped 34% generate gift ideas, while another 29% said they would consider using it. Crafts and hobby kits ranked highest in a sales trend analysis comparing October-December 2025 with the same period in 2024; home furnishings, storage, skin care and power banks also featured prominently on wish lists.
