On April 21, Amazon One Medical introduced its GLP-1 Management Program to integrate weight-loss and Type 2 diabetes treatments into routine primary care visits, enabling clinicians to monitor cardiovascular health, metabolic metrics and overall patient well-being.

Prescriptions for both oral and injectable GLP-1 medications are fulfilled through Amazon Pharmacy, with insured patients paying from $25 per month and uninsured patients facing minimum costs of $149 for oral or $299 for injectable therapies; same-day delivery is available to nearly 3,000 locations.
3. Coverage and Expansion Plans
The program is live in all 50 states, and Amazon plans to extend same-day delivery service to approximately 4,500 cities and towns by year-end, reinforcing its strategy to simplify access and drive adherence to prescribed treatments.
