- Amazon is investing more than $230 million in the year ahead in Whole Foods Market team member pay and benefits, according to the company website.
- Whole Foods Market hourly employees will earn more than $21/hour base, $29/hour total compensation from Sept. 28.
- Whole Foods Market team members will gain access to Amazon benefits starting Jan. 1, 2027.
