Amber International posted Q2 revenue of US$13.9 million, up 38.8% quarter-over-quarter.
Operating income swung to US$1.04 million, while net income from continuing operations totaled US$1.47 million.
Gross margin widened to 79.5%; agentic revenue rose to US$7.4 million, including US$3.5 million from A-MM.
Buyback and strategic transition
The company repurchased 2,636,910 ADSs for about US$5.8 million; about US$44.2 million remained under the buyback authorization.
Amber International said it has pivoted to specialized AI agents, with Ambre and MIA now in market, and withdrew financial guidance amid the strategic transition.
