Ambiq Q2 FY26 GAAP net loss narrows to $7.12 million; net sales rise 89.7% to $33.9 million year over year

Ambiq Micro posted Q2 2026 net sales of $33.9 million, up 89.7% year over year on accelerating edge AI demand.

GAAP net loss narrowed to $7.12 million. GAAP gross margin rose to 45%, up 4.9 percentage points year over year.

Non-GAAP net loss improved to $1.77 million. Non-GAAP gross margin increased to 47.2%, up 4.5 percentage points year over year.

The June upsized public offering raised about $168 million in net proceeds, and cash and cash equivalents ended June 30 at $366.77 million.

For Q3, the company forecast net sales of $36 million to $37 million. CEO Fumihide Esaka flagged industry supply constraints despite strengthening second-half demand.
