Ambrose breaks ground on 1,067,000-square-foot logistics building near Columbus
OZK•Ambrose broke ground on a speculative 1,067,000-square-foot logistics building in West Jefferson, Ohio. Bank OZK is providing the construction loan, and completion is expected by fall 2027.
1. Project details
The building is part of Ambrose’s 169-acre Columbus Logistics Park - West and will have a minimum divisibility of 531,000 square feet. Fixturing is scheduled for summer 2027, with substantial completion expected by fall 2027.
2. Existing building
The park’s 715,000-square-foot Building I was completed in 2022 and is fully leased to GXO and FST Logistics.
