AMC Robotics entered warrant inducement deals with two investors, targeting up to USD 2.1 million in gross proceeds.

Investors agreed to exercise certain December 2025 warrants at USD 1.65 per share, generating USD 1 million upfront. Holders can elect to exercise remaining warrants at USD 1.65 within 30 trading days for up to about USD 1.1 million more.
