1. Q1 Financial Results

AMC Robotics reported Q1 2026 revenue of $1.2 million, gross profit of $1.0 million and gross margin of 86%, up from 27% a year earlier. Operating income reached $129K and net income was $146K ($0.01 per share), compared with a $748K operating loss and $77K net loss in Q1 2025, while adjusted EBITDA was $147K. Cash and cash equivalents totaled $6.6 million at quarter end.

2. NovaArm™ Deployment

The company initiated NovaArm™ live deployments with Sunward Logistics USA, designating Sunward as its first deployment customer. Field testing and operational validation are underway in a live warehouse environment ahead of a targeted commercial launch in Q2 2026.

3. Kyro™ and AI Infrastructure

AMC Robotics showcased its Kyro™ robotic platform at CES 2026 and the Tokyo Security Show 2026, highlighting autonomous navigation, heat detection and remote operation capabilities. It also entered a strategic collaboration with HIVE Digital Technologies to leverage scalable GPU AI compute infrastructure for Kyro™ development, testing and future AI optimization initiatives.

4. Manufacturing and Revenue Diversification

Manufacturing operations advanced through AMCV Company Limited in Vietnam, scaling Kyro™ production to support supplier partnerships and anticipated deployments. Revenue for the quarter included contributions from a revenue-sharing collaboration with related-party Kami Vision, integrating AI and computer vision capabilities across the robotics platform.
