AMD Q3 operating income more than doubles to $2.83 billion; revenue rises 45% to $13.38 billion
AMD•AMD reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $13.38 billion, up 45% year over year, and GAAP operating income of $2.83 billion, more than double a year earlier. The company expects fourth-quarter revenue of about $17 billion, plus or minus 3%.

AMD’s third-quarter 2026 GAAP diluted earnings per share rose 95% year over year to $1.46. Revenue increased 16% from the previous quarter and exceeded the high end of guidance; Data Center revenue rose 97% year over year to $8.55 billion, driven by EPYC processor demand and the Instinct MI450 GPU launch.
2. Fourth-quarter outlook
AMD expects fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $17 billion, plus or minus 3%.
