1. AMD and TCS Expand Helios AI Infrastructure in India

AMD and Tata Consultancy Services have deepened their strategic collaboration to codevelop the Helios rack-scale AI architecture in support of India’s national AI initiatives. The platform leverages AMD Instinct MI455X GPUs, next-generation EPYC “Venice” CPUs, Pensando Vulcano NICs and the ROCm software ecosystem to deliver an AI training and inference blueprint capable of up to 200 MW of capacity for sovereign AI factories and enterprise deployments.

2. AMD Secures 200-Acre Texas Lease from Riot Platforms

In a separate agreement, AMD will lease approximately 200 acres of land in Texas from Riot Platforms to establish high-performance computing and AI data center facilities. This lease aligns with AMD’s global expansion strategy, positioning the company to meet accelerating demand for large-scale AI infrastructure across North America.
