Amdocs expanded its cloud-modernization collaboration with Lumen to move Lumen’s enterprise service orchestration and order management platform to AWS.
The work extends Lumen’s multi-cloud setup across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, supporting its cloud-first strategy.
Amdocs will use its aOS agentic operating system to automate assessment, customization analysis, and migration planning, aiming to cut planning from months to days.
Lumen expects higher automation to reduce manual operations, speed new service launches, improve cycle times and SLA performance, and advance zero-touch operations.
