2. New AI Platform Launch

On February 3, Amdocs introduced aOS, an agentic operating system that embeds generative AI into business, IT and network operations across existing BSS and OSS platforms. The system is designed to move telecom providers beyond isolated AI pilots by enabling end-to-end, scalable agentic processes.

3. Q1 Results and Strategic Wins

Amdocs reported Q1 revenue of $1.156 billion versus a $1.15 billion forecast, with results in line with guidance. The company secured two new Western European clients, expanded engagements with Vodafone Germany, renewed a multi-year contract with T-Mobile, and bolstered its position through the acquisition of Matrixx Software with clients like Verizon, Telus and Telefonica.
