- Q3 revenue was USD 1.175 billion.
- Non-GAAP diluted EPS was USD 1.84.
- 12-month backlog was USD 4.26 billion.
- Managed services revenue was USD 791 million, or 67% of revenue.
FY2026 outlook reiterated
Amdocs reiterated its FY2026 midpoint outlook:
- Constant-currency revenue growth of 3%
- Non-GAAP diluted EPS growth of 6%
- Free cash flow of about USD 720 million pre-restructuring
GAAP EPS and restructuring charge
GAAP diluted EPS was USD 0.59, hit by a restructuring charge of about tied to accelerating an agentic-first internal transformation.
