The contract encompasses cleanup of research reactors, hot cells, accelerators and laboratories at JRC sites in Ispra (Italy), Karlsruhe (Germany), Geel (Belgium) and Petten (Netherlands). The joint venture will handle licensing, radioactive waste disposal, radiation protection and nuclear engineering services.
