Amer Sports appointed Shaoxiang (Eric) Ding to its board effective October 16, 2026, while Tak Yan (Dennis) Tao resigned and Wei Lin joined the Compensation Committee.

1. Board changes

Amer Sports appointed Shaoxiang (Eric) Ding to its board effective immediately on October 16, 2026. Ding chairs Descente China, an ANTA Sports joint venture, and previously managed its East China region and golf business. Tak Yan (Dennis) Tao resigned from the board the same day, with no disagreement over management, operations or accounting practices. Wei Lin joined the board’s Compensation Committee effective immediately.
