Amerant Bancorp amends 8-K to name Yecimar Tirado Camacho as chief risk officer

Amerant Bancorp amended its Form 8-K to update its earlier disclosure under Item 5.02 on executive leadership changes.
Yecimar Tirado Camacho was appointed executive vice president and chief risk officer, effective July 22, 2026. Alberto Capriles retired from the chief risk officer role on that date.
Capriles to remain through year-end as senior risk advisor
Capriles will stay through Dec. 31, 2026 as senior risk advisor on his current base salary.
He remains eligible for a 2026 cash incentive target equal to 60% of base salary, and equity awards will continue to vest under existing terms.
