Ameresco Appoints Co-Presidents Bulgarino and Maltezos, Peter Christakis as COO
Effective April 1, Ameresco appointed Nicole Bulgarino and Lou Maltezos as Co-Presidents to co-lead operations alongside CEO George Sakellaris. The company also named Peter Christakis COO to oversee project execution, risk management, procurement, health & safety, U.S. solar and European operations.

On April 1, Ameresco named Nicole Bulgarino and Lou Maltezos as Co-Presidents alongside CEO George Sakellaris, and appointed Peter Christakis as Chief Operating Officer.
2. Expanded Responsibilities
Nicole Bulgarino will oversee data center projects, advanced power solutions and the Federal Solutions business, while Lou Maltezos will lead non-Federal projects, Smart Building Solutions and Ameresco Canada under a unified structure.
