American Airlines, Hyatt end enhanced loyalty partnership after current earning year

American Airlines ended its enhanced loyalty partnership with Hyatt following a mutual decision not to continue the relationship.

Members keep earning, selecting and redeeming eligible benefits through each program’s current earning year, including standard award-selection timeframes.

AAdvantage members can still earn 500 miles instead of Hyatt points on eligible stays by providing an AAdvantage number at check-in.
