Quarterly results and operating metrics
American Assets Trust posted Q2 net income of USD 6.79 million, down 4.65% from a year earlier, while FFO per diluted share edged down to USD 0.51.
Net income attributable to stockholders slipped 5.15% to USD 5.18 million, with same-store cash NOI up 0.3% to USD 66.5 million.
Office occupancy held at 84.4%, retail occupancy rose 0.2 percentage points to 97.9%, while multifamily occupancy fell 6.3 percentage points to 88.4%.
