Despite growing reserves, its share price slid nearly 4% to $0.82, the lowest level since going public. Over the past six months shares have plunged 88%, and they remain down 94% from their post-IPO high of $14.52.

The firm was created through mergers combining the Trump brothers’ entity with Hut8 and a stock-for-stock deal with Gryphon Digital Mining. It reported a Q4 loss of $59 million versus a prior-year profit and aims to establish the U.S. as a Bitcoin economy leader.
