American Clean Resources enters joint exploration deal with TRG Holdings for Nevada critical minerals hub

American Clean Resources Group entered a Joint Exploration and Development Agreement with TRG Holdings on July 16, 2026.

The deal targets a critical mineral processing hub in Elko, Nevada, focused on recovering federally designated critical minerals from geothermal brine.

The framework covers joint exploration, technical evaluation, regulatory coordination and commercial scoping; no operating joint venture is created at this stage.

The agreement contemplates forming project-level entities later, subject to a definitive agreement following completion of the joint work.

The structure separates TRG’s regulated utility operations from mineral activities, which will run through TRG or designated affiliates.
