American Clean Resources Group names Anthony Evers fractional CFO
ACRG•American Clean Resources Group appointed Anthony Evers fractional CFO, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective October 19, 2026. Luke McPherson was terminated as CFO on October 13.
1. CFO appointment
Evers previously served as CFO and chief operating officer of SurgePays from 2020 through December 31, 2025. CEO Tawana Bain served as interim principal financial officer and principal accounting officer from October 13 until Evers’ appointment.
