The issuance included $1.5 billion of 5.45% fixed-to-floating rate notes due October 30, 2030, and $1.15 billion of 5.82% fixed-to-floating rate notes due October 27, 2034. The remaining $350 million was in floating rate notes due October 30, 2030.
