American Outdoor Brands announces annual shareholder meeting

American Outdoor Brands will hold its annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 28, 2026, via a virtual meeting platform.

Shareholders will vote on the election of seven directors, including Barry M. Monheit, Bradley T. Favreau, and Mary E. Gallagher.

Balloting also covers ratification of Grant Thornton as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2027.

Advisory votes are scheduled on executive pay for fiscal 2026, plus the preferred frequency of future say-on-pay votes.
