American Rebel Holdings formed a strategic distribution partnership with Lawrence Distributing Company on November 15, 2025, to expand its Virginia footprint alongside Valley Distributing. Through December 31, 2025, Lawrence Distributing added 4 on-premise and 26 retail accounts for American Rebel Light Beer as part of the company’s Distributor-First strategy.

1. Strategic Distribution Agreement Signed with Lawrence Distributing Company

On November 15, 2025, American Rebel Holdings, Inc. executed a strategic distribution partnership with Lawrence Distributing Company (LDC), a family-owned wholesaler based in Danville, Virginia. This agreement builds on American Rebel’s existing Virginia presence through Valley Distributing and positions the company to accelerate its retail rollouts and on-premise expansion throughout 2026. CEO Andy Ross emphasized that LDC’s multi-generational infrastructure and disciplined field execution will translate momentum into measurable shelf placement and chain authorizations in the region.

2. Robust Account Growth and Virginia Footprint Expansion

Between November 15 and December 31, 2025, Lawrence Distributing Company added four on-premise (restaurant) accounts and twenty-six retail accounts for American Rebel Light Beer across its territory. These additions bring the total number of Virginia accounts served by American Rebel’s network to over 150 outlets, spanning chain and independent groceries, convenience stores and full-service restaurants. The expanded coverage reaches portions of 10 counties and several key municipalities, supporting access for an estimated regional population of 375,000 consumers.

3. Distributor-First Strategy Drives Retail and On-Premise Momentum

American Rebel’s Distributor-First approach prioritizes partnerships with best-in-class regional wholesalers who deliver cold-box execution, merchandising support and proactive account development. Since September 2025, the company has engaged over 110 distributors at the NBWA Convention, secured 16 verbal commitments for new-state opportunities and announced rapid succession partnerships in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Arkansas and Indiana. The addition of LDC strengthens this network, creating a unified platform to convert distributor engagement into shelf velocity and draft placements at the point of sale.

4. Lawrence Distributing’s Infrastructure and Market Expertise Benefit AREB

Founded in 1954, Lawrence Distributing Company operates two climate-controlled warehouses in Danville and South Hill, maintaining package beer at 68°F or below and keg beer at 38°F or below. With 80+ employees serving more than 1,000 customers, LDC reports annual volume exceeding 1,000,000 equivalent cases. The company’s pre-sell model, dedicated sales territories, delivery and merchandising teams, and trained draft technicians underpin consistent product integrity and premium brand positioning for American Rebel Light Beer across Southside and south-central Virginia.
