American Rebel entered a note exchange with Streeterville Capital on July 22, 2026, carving out a new USD 126,000 secured promissory note.
The partitioned note was exchanged for 700,000 common shares, reducing the outstanding balance of the June 2025 USD 5.47 million secured promissory note.
Streeterville also authorized a USD 100,000 release from a Lakeside Bank DACA account to the company on July 27, 2026.
