American Rebel's Champion Safe plans Utah factory realignment to boost production
AREB•Champion Safe launched a lean manufacturing overhaul at its Utah factory to increase throughput and speed dealer fulfillment. The changes are intended to help convert a previously reported $3.9 million dealer backlog into shipments and revenue.
1. Factory overhaul
American Rebel Holdings subsidiary Champion Safe launched a lean manufacturing overhaul at its Utah factory, targeting fewer bottlenecks, less unnecessary handling and lower work-in-process. The realignment aims to reduce unit costs, shorten production cycles and increase output using existing resources.
2. Backlog and capacity
Higher output is intended to speed conversion of a previously reported $3.9 million dealer backlog into shipments and revenue. The company expects improved production flow to strengthen working-capital efficiency and support higher profit margins over time, while ongoing process improvements are intended to expand effective capacity before additional resources are committed to growth.
