American Resources Corp subsidiary ReElement Technologies Corporation secured a $200 million strategic equity facility from Transition Equity Partners to accelerate the commercial rollout of its proprietary multi-mineral refining platform. The funding will expand ReElement's Marion, Indiana rare earths refining facility to meet growing US demand for critical minerals.

1. January 2026 Conference Schedule

American Resources Corp and its subsidiary ReElement Technologies Corporation will participate in a series of industry events during January 2026. ReElement Technologies will exhibit at CES 2026 from January 5 through January 9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Venetian Expo, showcasing its multi-mineral refining innovations to technology and critical-minerals audiences. Additional appearances include the Critical Minerals Summit in Houston on January 15 and the Industrial Innovation Forum in Chicago on January 22. Management plans to host one-on-one investor meetings and a presentation on the company’s proprietary processing platform, positioning the firm to secure strategic partnerships and off-take agreements in the coming quarter.

2. $200 Million Strategic Equity Facility

American Resources announced that its rare-earths subsidiary, ReElement Technologies, has secured a US$200 million strategic equity facility from Transition Equity Partners. The funding will accelerate the commercial rollout of ReElement’s proprietary multi-mineral refining platform, with an initial focus on expanding its Marion, Indiana operation. The facility will support ramp-up to a targeted processing capacity of 5,000 metric tons per year by the end of 2027, enabling domestic supply of key rare earth oxides used in electric vehicles and renewable energy technologies. American Resources expects this capital infusion to drive revenue growth and enhance margins as production scales and unit costs decline.
