1. American Resources-Backed ReElement Secures $200M Equity Facility From TEP

American Resources Corp’s subsidiary, ReElement Technologies, has closed a $200 million equity facility with Technology Enhancement Partners (TEP) to accelerate its U.S. rare earth refining operations. The facility will be deployed over the next two years to expand capacity at ReElement’s Corydon, Indiana, site, enabling an expected 50% increase in annual rare earth oxide output by the end of 2027. The capital infusion also supports the construction of a second processing line equipped with solvent extraction and magnetic separation units designed to improve neodymium and praseodymium recovery rates by up to 15%. Management projects this expansion will secure critical magnet metal supply for domestic electric vehicle and renewable energy manufacturers, reducing reliance on foreign sources. The agreement grants TEP partial equity conversion rights and performance-based milestones tied to production volumes and environmental permitting stages.

2. American Resources Announces January 2026 Conference Lineup

American Resources Corp and ReElement Technologies will participate in five major industry events throughout January 2026. Highlights include a keynote presentation at CES 2026 in Las Vegas from January 5–9, focusing on innovations in critical minerals processing technology and supply chain resilience. On January 12, executives will join the Critical Minerals Summit in Denver to discuss partnership frameworks with automotive OEMs and battery producers. Additional appearances are scheduled at the Industrial Innovation Forum in Chicago (January 18), the Rare Earth Supply Chain Symposium in Boston (January 22), and the Midwestern Mining Outlook in Indianapolis (January 28). The company has secured speaking slots and investor roundtables at each venue, underscoring its strategy to engage stakeholders ahead of planned commissioning of its first U.S.-based rare earth processing facility in Q3 2026.
