ReElement expands Marion team

American Resources’ ReElement unit added seven hires to support commissioning, operations, engineering, R&D, HR and business development at the Marion refining campus.

Bill Baken was named shift operations manager; he previously led continuous-process manufacturing operations exceeding 1 million tons annually.

Vedat Ozsever was appointed Marion plant engineering manager. He is a coal mining process engineer with 20 years of experience and a Ph.D. in mining engineering.

Dee Cooper was hired as HR manager, with a background in recruiting and human resources within manufacturing environments.

Jacob Miller, Glen Stewart, Eddie Tsao and Derrick Roper Jr. also joined the team. Their experience spans U.S. Navy operations, chemical engineering research and Africa-Europe business development.
