1. Waiver extended
Lenders led by Silver Point Finance extended a limited waiver under America’s Car-Mart’s Oct. 30, 2025 Credit and Guaranty Agreement, moving the scheduled termination date to Oct. 15, 2026, from Oct. 8. The waiver covers anticipated or existing defaults tied to financial covenants and reporting obligations during the specified period, and extends temporary relief on minimum liquidity and minimum Collateral Coverage Ratio requirements. The company said its strategic alternatives review continues, with active talks on a potential transaction involving third parties, the agent and lenders.
