AXPAXP

Amex Exploration secured main permits and completed the financial guarantee required under Québec’s Mining Act, clearing the way for its 40,000-tonne underground bulk sampling program at the Perron gold project. The company launched tenders for portal construction and ordered long-lead items including a water treatment plant and power line components.

1. Government Permits and Financial Guarantee

Amex Exploration obtained ministerial authorization from Québec’s MELCCFP and an Authorization for Impact Work from MRNF, and completed the financial guarantee under Québec’s Mining Act, enabling full execution of its 40,000-tonne underground bulk sampling program at the Perron gold project.

2. Infrastructure Preparations and Tenders

The company launched major tenders for portal construction and the mining contract, and ordered long-lead equipment including a water treatment plant and electrical components for a dedicated Hydro-Québec power line to support early summer 2026 portal work.

3. Grade Control Drill Program

Amex initiated a grade control drilling campaign, reporting highlights such as 312.60 g/t Au and 25.85 g/t Ag over 1.55 m at approximately 200 m depth, validating the resource model and reducing execution risk ahead of bulk sampling.
