Amneal Q2 revenue beats on specialty segment growth

Full-year 2026 guidance raised

Amneal raised its 2026 net revenue guidance to $3.10 billion-$3.20 billion from $3.05 billion-$3.15 billion.

The company now expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA of $750 million-$780 million, up from $740 million-$770 million.

It also raised its outlook for 2026 adjusted diluted EPS to $0.96-$1.06 from $0.95-$1.05.

Q2 revenue and earnings beat estimates

Amneal Pharmaceuticals reported second-quarter revenue of $796 million, up 10% year over year and above analyst expectations of $768.21 million.

Adjusted diluted EPS for the quarter was $0.30, beating the consensus estimate of $0.22.

Net income was $58 million and adjusted EBITDA was $206 million.
