Quarterly results improve despite lower sales
Ampco-Pittsburgh posted net income attributable to shareholders of $1.5 million, or $0.07 per share, swinging from a loss a year earlier.
Net sales fell 9.02% to $102.9 million, as higher Air and Liquid Processing sales were offset by lower Forged and Cast results.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA rose 22% to $9.8 million; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 2.4 percentage points to 9.5%.
