Amphenol Sees 43–45% Q1 Sales Growth to $7B, EPS $0.91–0.93

Amphenol reported record Q4 and full-year 2025 results with sales up 49% and 52% year-over-year and adjusted operating margins of 27.5% and 26.2%, respectively, while returning nearly $1.5 billion to shareholders via $171 million of buybacks and $202 million of dividends in Q4. For Q1 2026, the company forecasts sales of $6.90–7.00 billion, up 43%–45%, and adjusted EPS of $0.91–0.93, with the CommScope CCS deal contributing about $900 million in sales and $0.02 in EPS accretion.
