Over the past five fiscal years, Amphenol has delivered compound annual revenue growth of approximately 8%, with sales climbing from $7.6 billion in FY2018 to $11.1 billion in FY2023. During the same period, adjusted earnings per share expanded at a roughly 10% CAGR, underpinned by disciplined pricing actions and operating-leverage gains. 2. CCS Acquisition Strengthens Fiber-Optic Platform
In April 2024, Amphenol closed its $330 million acquisition of CCS Technologies, a leading manufacturer of harsh-environment fiber-optic connectors.
