Amphenol reported fourth-quarter revenue of $6.4 billion, a 49% increase in U.S. dollars (48% in local currencies) and 37% organic growth versus Q4 2024. Adjusted diluted EPS rose 76% year-over-year, driven by exceptional strength in the IT data-communications market and contributions from recent acquisitions. For the full year 2025, the company delivered record revenue of $23.1 billion (up 52% from 2024) and achieved an adjusted operating margin of 26.2%, reflecting robust profitability across all end markets.
2. Strategic Capital Deployment and Acquisition Program
Throughout 2025, Amphenol returned nearly $1.5 billion to shareholders, including $171 million for the repurchase of 1.3 million shares and $202 million in dividends during Q4 alone.
