Amprius signs CAMINUS cell production deal, shares fall
AMPX•Amprius signed a deal for battery manufacturer CAMINUS to make Amprius-designed pouch cells at its Indianapolis facility. Financial terms were not disclosed, and Amprius shares fell more than 1% to $9.55.
1. Production agreement
CAMINUS, formerly EnPower, will make Amprius-designed pouch cells at its Indianapolis facility, adding domestic production capacity for Amprius customers in aviation, defense and uncrewed systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Amprius shares fell more than 1% to $9.55. All brokerages covering the stock were bullish, with a median price target of $23; the stock had risen 22% year to date, including the session’s moves.
